HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston band affected by this week's flooding is helping to raise money for other flood victims.

Todd Longenecker of the band Rev. Skelton says the flooding caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to their equipment. And it comes just before a show this Saturday.

Longenecker says the show will go on, dirty equipment and all, but they're turning it into a fundraiser for people who suffered worse loss in the storm than they did. They plan to donate their earnings from the show to a reputable charity.

Rev. Skelton plays at the BFE Rock Club in the Reachdown Radio Showcase.
