Police still searching for 35-year-old Jeffrey Noble, Christine Dobbyn reports.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Deputies have charged a man with capital murder after he was seen driving away from the scene of a violent triple shooting in northwest Harris County.

Investigators say two men and a woman were fatally shot at a home on Creekhaven Drive around 4:30 p.m. Friday. The woman has been identified as 22-year-old Jessica Sciandra.

Jeffrey Noble, 35, fled the scene in a red 1998 Acura, according to investigators. According to documents, Noble is no stranger to law enforcement and has a lengthy criminal record.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office accuse Noble of going into the home and opening fire on the victims with a rifle.

A second woman who was inside the home at the time of the shooting managed to escape without injury.
