The prosecutor revealed witnesses estimated Tuwanna Moore, 31, was driving more than 100mph and weaving in and out of traffic on the Gulf Freeway before allegedly hitting Trooper Chad Blackburn as he sat in his patrol car.

Blackburn remains in critical condition. Moore's preliminary blood alcohol content, according to the state, was .29.

A judge ordered her not to drink or drive. She also has to wear a monitor as part of her bond conditions. She's a contract worker at Johnson Space Center.

Blackburn is a 10-year DPS veteran, husband and father.
