Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg reveals the one question he asks before hiring new employee

While speaking to a group in Barcelona, Spain, Zuckerberg opened up about the question he asks himself when he's involved with hiring a new member of the Facebook team:

"Would I be happy working for this person?"

"I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person," Zuckerberg told a group in Barcelona, according to ABC News. "It's a pretty good test."

Zuckeberg was also asked by audience members on what it is like to work with Facebook's Chief Operating Officer Cheryl Sandberg. Zuckerberg commented that he viewed Sandberg as a mentor and as someone who was instrumental in making Facebook a business and a "healthy organization."
