ATLANTA, Georgia -- A woman who was leading prayers over Facebook Live says the social media platform helped save her life.
Francine Sims-Gates was holding a daily prayer service earlier this month when she suddenly fell ill. She grabbed her chest and asked the viewers to pray for her.
After passing out, Francine regained consciousness but couldn't get up off the floor of her apartment.
A neighbor was among the viewers and helped reach family members to send help.
High blood pressure and blood clots are blamed for Francine's illness.
