Watson or Savage: Who would be your starting quarterback if you were coach?

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If you were the head coach of the Houston Texans, what decisions would you make?

Prior to Saturday's game against the New England Patriots, fans pondered the exact question. If you could be Bill O'Brien, would it be Tom Savage or Deshaun Watson as starting quarterback? Would you rest J.J. Watt until the regular season?

For most Texans fans, the answer was a resounding "yes" to Watson as starting quarterback.

"You have to go with Deshaun Watson," a fan said. "He's young, athletic, smart and makes big plays."

As time went on, we did find one tailgater who wanted Savage under the center.

The clock is ticking towards the regular season, so who will it be? We'll find out sooner than later.
