AUSTIN, TX (KTRK) -- The burnt orange in Austin may be turning a bit red from embarrassment after a typo in the Longhorns football media guide went viral. And their rivals from across the Red River wasted no time in pouncing.

According to Yahoo Sports, The University of Texas media guide was published Thursday and at the bottom of at least some of the players' bios was a website address for Longhorns athletics. The only problem -- there was a typo in the address. Instead of TexasSports.com, the address was Texsasports.com.

Though the typo was corrected, someone -- presumably a University of Oklahoma fan -- took advantage of the blunder and bought the domain Texsasports.com, posting the message, 'OU IS BETTER THAN TEXAS. LEARN TO SPELL PLEASE, HRONS" along with a Boomer Sooner video.
