Pledge to not drink and drive could mean free Super Bowl tickets

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Tx-DOT is offering drivers a chance at Super Bowl tickets for next year if they pledge not to drink and drive. The prize includes travel, accommodations, vouchers to be redeemed for tickets, and passes to an interactive theme park on game day. Two runner-up prizes -- two Best Buy gift cards worth $500 -- will also be awarded.

Tx-DOT is reminding drivers to catch a cab if they have too much to drink during the game. There were 128 alcohol related crashed in Texas last Super Bowl Sunday. Eight people died in those crashes and 12 people were seriously hurt.
