Deer Park baseball moves on to 6A Regional Semifinals

DEER PARK, TX (KTRK) -- Deer Park High School baseball will move on to the Regional Semifinals in 6A baseball after defeating Kempner 6-0.

Peyton Sherlin pitched a complete game shutout, allowing only two hits and striking out five. Deer Park, ranked No. 1 in the nation in numerous polls, improved their season record to an amazing 34-0. The team will face Strake Jesuit this week for a berth in the 6A Regional Finals.
