World responds to young girl's wish
Sa'Fyre Terry's entire family was killed in a fire and she was left with burns over 75 percent of her body.

SCHENECTADY, NY -- The world is responding to the humble holiday wish of a young girl badly injured in an arson two years ago.

Sa'fyre Terry's entire family was killed in the blaze and she suffered burns over 75 percent of her body, and lost her right hand and left foot.

The second grader nonetheless maintains a bright smile and sunny disposition. Despite her incredible ordeal, she only wants one thing this holiday season: Christmas cards.

Her goal was to fill up her spiral card-tree, and after her request was posted to Facebook and gained momentum, she has been flooded with cards from all over the world.

Pictures posted to Sa'frye's Facebook page show her holding dozens of cards, with many more likely on the way.
