Woman jumps onto train tracks to rescue child in stroller

MELBOURNE, Australia (KTRK) -- A terrifying scene played out for some parents at a train station in Melbourne, Australia.

Security camera video shows a woman bend down to pick up an object on a train platform, but the stroller she was pushing kept going and landed on the tracks.

The woman frantically jumped onto the tracks to rescue the toddler inside the stroller. Several other people also came to the child's rescue.

The baby escaped the fall with only minor injuries. Fortunately, no train was coming in that direction.

One bystander who jumped into the tracks to help said he'd do it again in a heartbeat.
