HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Newly appointed Harris County Precinct 6 Constable Heliodoro Martinez discusses his vision for returning integrity and character back to Precinct 6 after taking over for longtime Constable Victor Trevino.

Trevino resigned in November after questions were raised accusing him of using money from a charity he founded to fund neighborhood events and gambling trips.
