Carlos Lopez, President of the Mexican Institute of Greater Houston, discusses the mission of the organization which aims to help improve the working skills of the Hispanic workforce. He is joined by MIGH graduate, Jacinta Martinez. Lopez also discusses a partnership with the Harris County Sheriff's Office to provide job skill training to pregnant women incarcerated in the Harris County Jail. The "Mentoring Moms" program is the first of its kind in the nation.
