Details on the creation of a student congress for the Houston Independent School District by a group of Asian American students.

Guests are founding members Zaakir Tameez, a student at Carnegie Vanguard High School, and Amy Fan, a student at Bellaire High School. The goal is to make sure the multicultural voices of a diverse HISD are heard.
