TOMBALL, TX -- At nine-years old Robb Shultz was stricken with paralytic polio and today he is sharing his story to inspire others to overcome challenges they might endure in life.
Shultz recently announced the nationwide release of his new book, "God and the Golfer." The 70-year-old Tomball author writes an inspiring story of a how a boy's dedication to rise above helps him overcome a "miserable" condition.
Shultz said he spent almost a year in bed and was unable to move his legs or feel any sensation. However, despite the obstacles, the young boy never gave up.
In his story, Shultz combines ministry along with the game of golf. Being a Christian and also an experienced golfer, he shared how they both have concepts of overcoming challenges. He also combines humor, insight and life application together in a powerful story to challenge and entertain the readers.
