Pair of rowers plan to row across the Atlantic to fund boathouse on Buffalo Bayou

HOUSTON -- Row, row, row your boat -- gently across the Atlantic Ocean?

That's the goal for the two Rice University rowing club volunteer coaches. Michael Matson and David Alviar will participate in a 3,000 mile rowing race in December to raise awareness for their efforts to build a water sports boathouse along the banks of Buffalo Bayou.
