Missing Spring teen Anthony Porch found safe

SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- A 13-year-old boy from Spring is back in CPS custody Saturday night.

Anthony Porch has been missing since September 29 from the Cypress-Spring area.

CPS searching for missing 13-year-old

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said the teen walked away from his foster home.

According to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services he is fine and appears to have been well taken care of.
