Man rescued from storm drain claims 3 others were with him

MRTYLE BEACH, South Carolina (KTRK) -- Rescue teams in South Carolina are suspending their search for three people who may have fallen into a storm drain.

On Saturday, crews in Myrtle Beach were able to pull one man to safety. It is still unclear how he got stuck in the drain.

The man told rescue crews that three other people were with him in the drain.

After a thorough search, crews said they did not find any signs of other people like the man had claimed.
