HEARTWARMING VIDEO: Special needs student celebrates getting his first job

MCKINNEY, TX (KTRK) -- A young man with special needs in north Texas has three goals before he turns 21: He wants to get a job, get strong, and get a girlfriend. Well, he can now cross at least one of those off of his list.

In McKinney, Texas, Ben Sunderman received an acceptance letter for his first job at Embassy Suites.

Ben's parents actually recorded him opening his letter and the priceless moments that followed.

Ben's father Scott Sunderman said, "He figured it out at the end. But there was this little delay. He puts the letter down and goes crazy.

A spokesperson for Embassy Suites said they offered positions to 12 students with special needs to help them gain valuable skills in a workplace environment.
