Elderly woman located after going missing for weeks in Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Houston Police Department says an elderly woman who went missing under suspicious circumstances has been found.

Investigators said Mary Stewart, 81, was not heard from or seen in two or three weeks before she was found this morning.

According to authorities, Stewart might have been in Conroe living in an apartment with her granddaughter, Courtney Moses.

The details on how Steward was found was not immediately known.
