HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A discussion on the growing "opt out" movement that is gaining support across the nation. Supporters say state standardized tests place too much stress on students.

Guests are Claudia DeLeon, a parent and member of Community Voices for Public Education - an organization leading the "opt out" movement and Dr. Serena Flores, Assistant Professor and Chair of the Counselor Education Program at the University of St. Thomas.
