WATCH OUT: 11-foot alligator found on a highway in Louisiana.

SHREVEPORT, Louisiana (KTRK) -- One of the biggest speed bumps in Louisiana was removed from the side of the road before anyone ran over it.

The bump was a five to six hundred pound alligator that was crawling on the side of a highway near Shreveport.

Police called a gator removal company to take the 11-foot gator away, but the company said the state requires it to put down any gator longer than six feet.
