Amazon letting teens create their own account

Amazon wants to attract teenage shoppers with a new feature that lets them shop without their parents.

The new feature gives teens their own log-in information using their parents account. Adults can sign up as many as four teens between 13 and 17 to buy things on the Amazon app.

Parents get notifications when something is bought and they can approve or reject a purchase with the push of a button. Parents also get to set spending limits.
