Searchers find 6-year-old boy with autism dead in pond near Dallas

DALLAS, Texas (KTRK) -- A missing 6-year-old boy with autism has been found dead.

Deputies and volunteers had been searching for the boy after he disappeared from his Dallas-area home.

Deputies say Dalton Robertson was last seen by his parents Sunday afternoon. They believe he walked out of the house without them noticing.

The sheriff's office says the boy was found in a pond near his home.
