A bird? A plane? Something strange seen in skies over Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin -- There's a new mystery baffling the internet from the skies in Milwaukee.

A strange phenomenon was captured around 4:45 a.m. Tuesday, WITI reports.

Some say the pattern in the sky is seagulls that were seen flocking around the courthouse, but others aren't so sure.

The video has been shared on Reddit, as well as meteorology groups around the country, but no one has an answer.

But it does appear there is something strange going on in Wisconsin.
