Cobras appear to 'protect' sleeping baby in YouTube clip

This might be the most frightening thing a parent would even want to see: Their sleeping baby surrounded by four deadly cobras.

That's exactly what you see in a YouTube video titled "Four Cobra Snakes Protecting a Sleeping Baby." The video shows the snakes seemingly protecting the child. At one point, the infant even rolls on top of one of the snakes and seems to give it a hug.

Was the child really in any danger? Some YouTube users commented that the cobras' venomous fangs are often removed in India by snake charmers.

The viral footage was posted on YouTube in 2013, but it's getting renewed attention after several British tabloids came across the clip and reposted it.
