Scandal's Scott Foley loves his dog

You all know Scott Foley from the hit series Scandal. But Scott is also an animal lover. He says his dog Frankie has changed his life and had a positive impact on his entire family.

Scott is teaming up with the makers of HEARTGARD Plus to raise money for Canine Companions for Independence.

Canine Companions for Independence is a national, non-profit that provides highly trained assistance dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities completely free of charge.
