HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Two women are accused of robbing a man at knife-point in southwest Houston earlier this month.

Police say the victim was walking to his apartment in the 10000 block of Club Creek back on July 10 when Emily Gregory, 30, and Melissa Trevino, 25, came up behind him. Gregory reportedly grabbed him by the neck and put a knife to his back.

According to court documents, Trevino threatened him and ordered him to open his apartment door.

Police say once inside, the pair took items including a TV, DVR and laptop from the apartment as well as a small amount of cash. The victim said the two loaded everything into a Ford Explorer and took off.

As the two were leaving the apartment complex, the victim was able to get a license plate number and give it to police. He also said he noticed there were children in the vehicle.

Investigators say Gregory and Trevino left the complex and shortly after, robbed a woman who was walking near the complex.

Police ran the license plate and were able to stop the vehicle they say was driven by Trevino with Gregory in the passenger seat.

Both are charged with aggravated robbery. Trevino has an additional charge of evading.
