WATCH: Bodycam rolls as police pull man from burning car

FORT WOTH, TX (KTRK) -- Police officers risked it all to rescue an armed robbery suspect trapped in a burning car, and the entire rescue was caught on camera.

On Thursday afternoon, the Fort Worth Police Department uploaded body camera footage to its Facebook page showing a group of officers racing against time to pull the man out of the car as his engine burns.

Our Dallas-Fort Worth affiliate, WFAA-TV, reports that the man was a suspect in a nearby armed robbery. After a short pursuit, the suspect wrecked his car, which burst into flames.

The officers quickly sprang into action, attempting to extinguish the flames and pulling the man out of the burning car through a broken window.
