Violent game room robbery in west Houston caught on video

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police are asking for help to identify three men wanted in a game room robbery in west Houston.

The robbery happened at the Royal 777 Game Room in the 13000 block of Westheimer on January 13 around 12:10pm.

Police say the men posed as customers. Two of the men played on a machine. A third man, distracted an employee so the other two men could approach him from behind and pistol whip him on the head.

The trio then forced the game room customers and employees to the back of the business where they robbed them and the business.

Police say the men fled in a black Honda Accord westbound on Westheimer.

The suspects are described as three black males, one of them armed, and one of them going by the name "Travis." All three are believed to be in their 20s. "Travis" is approximately 5 feet one 1 tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. The second suspect was armed, approximately 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. The third suspect is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.
