It happened at Fountain Firearms in the 9400 block of Highway 6 South at around 10am on June 19. The owner had been reviewing video from inside the store and noticed the theft.
Video apparently showed a man picking up a firearm and stuffing it down his pants. The suspect then left the building.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 21 to 23 years of age and weighing about 170 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt and dark loose-fitting shorts which reached below his knees. He was wearing sandals with white socks. His hair was closely trimmed and he had a goatee.
There were three people with the suspect at the time. One was a white male, standing around 6 feet tall and wearing a dark baseball cap, a brown t-shirt and brown shorts. He was also wearing dark sneakers.
The second was a black males wearing a gray or brown T-shirt with an orange Nike logo with a streak of lightning underneath it. He also was wearing loose shorts that reached below his knees and he also had on sandals.
The last person was a black male about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and was wearing an orange T-shirt and full-length red workout pants.
