Surveillance video captures robbery
Cameras captured an east Houston fast food restaurant robbery, and now police need help identifying the suspect

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police and Crime Stoppers are asking for your help to find a man they say was captured on surveillance video robbing a fast food restaurant in east Houston in March.

The robbery happened on March 28 at 9:30pm in the 9600 block of Mesa Drive. Houston police say the man appeared to conceal a weapon inside his jacket when he threatened to shoot a restaurant employee. After taking the money, police say the robber fled and then wiped his fingerprints from the door of the business on foot.

The man is described as a black male in his late teens to early twenties. He's about 5'10" and was wearing a hooded Nike sweatshirt with camouflage shorts.
