Two people helped a man to safety after his car was stopped on train tracks in Auburn, Washington.

AUBURN, WA (KTRK) -- Dramatic cell phone footage out of Auburn, Washington shows the tense moments before a man's car was struck by a train.

Good Samaritans can be heard on the video talking to a very confused driver stuck on railroad tracks.

You can hear the train's horn blaring in the background as people try to coax the man out of his car.

Eyewitnesses eventually managed to get him out, just seconds before the train crushed his car.

The driver was safe, just extremely confused as to how he wound up there.

Eyewitness Richie Sanchez said, "We were all in the right place at the right time. Just happened to everything lined up in the right way so that he's alive still."

The man's car was totaled, but thankfully, no one was hurt.
