SHELDON, TX -- Officials with the Harris County Fire Marshal's office are looking for anyone who might have information on several suspicious fires set just days apart.

The Sheldon Fire Department responded to a fire call in the 12300 block of Kingslake Forest early Wednesday. When crews arrived they found fire and smoke from a single-story house.

"This is the third vacant house fire in this area over the past weeks. We want to apprehend the individuals responsible before someone gets hurt or the fires spread to another house that is occupied," said Lt. Dean Hensley of the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office.

Sheldon Fire Department also responded to the 12000 block of Green Coral on July 7th and the 12000 block of Kingslake Forest on July 2nd.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5000 for information. You can call 713-222-8477 or submit a tip online at www.crime-stoppers.org.
