A mother found three of her four children shot and killed inside her Stafford home

STAFFORD, TX (KTRK) -- Authorities are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that left three siblings dead inside their Stafford home, and their mother was the one who made the horrifying discovery.

At around 2pm, Stafford police were dispatched to a report of a shooting at a home on Venice and Naples.

When they arrived, a woman told them she found two of her children inside and believed they were dead. When police went in, they found three people dead in different rooms and one was armed with a gun.

Police say the deceased, all siblings, are two males and one female. They've been identified as 23-year-old Faheem Ahmed Mughal, 18-year-old Fahad Mughal and 15-year-old Rebecca Mughal.

A fourth child was attending a class at HCC and was not at home at the time.

Police say the victims appear to be Pakistani nationals, and there was a disturbance in the home prior to the shooting.
