Thieves leave giant hole in side of food store

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police are investigating another smash and grab, this time in the 9700 block of Hillcroft.

Investigators say four men drove a truck into the side of Sunny food mart around 2:00am this morning. The truck got stuck in the side of the building, so the men were not able to get inside the store to steal anything.

Police say that men then ditched the truck and fled the scene on foot.

The suspects are still at large.
