Teacher accused of inappropriately touching child
An 8-year-old girl is accusing Jose Luis Sanchez, 53, a second grade teacher at Oleson Elementary School, of touching her inappropriately

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An Aldine ISD elementary school teacher is charged with two counts of indecency with a child.

According to court documents, an eight-year-old girl is accusing Jose Luis Sanchez, 53, a second grade teacher at Oleson Elementary School, of touching her inappropriately. The incidents allegedly occurred at least twice, once in November of 2013 and another time in June of 2014. The girl told police both incidents occurred on campus at the school.

Investigators say the girl's mother met with them just last month after her daughter asked her "...if she could get pregnant by someone touching her." The girl told investigators how Sanchez allegedly made her touch his private parts and how he had touched hers. According to detectives she described how Sanchez also kissed her on both the mouth and breasts and told her "...not to tell anyone because he would go to jail."

Aldine ISD sent home a letter to parents saying only that an allegation was made against a teacher and that the teacher was "...immediately removed..." from campus.

The school district could not say if Sanchez has yet been arrested. A warrant for his arrest has been issued. His bail is currently set at $100,000.
