Suspects ambush mom, rob her Richmond-area house
Authorities say they're looking for two men who attacked a Fort Bend County woman and her child upon their return home

RICHMOND, TX (KTRK) -- Authorities say they're looking for two men who attacked a Fort Bend County woman and her child upon their return home Friday.

The woman pulled her car into her driveway in the 6900 block of Chapel Meadow at about 2:30pm. Shortly after she exited the car, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's office, the men approached the victims and forced them at gunpoint inside the home.

Investigators say the suspects bound the woman and also locked the child in a room. Someone then backed another car into the driveway and the suspects began filling it with electronics from the home. Investigators say that vehicle is a maroon Chrysler 300, 2006-2010 model year.

The mother was able to untie herself and seek help.

The first suspect is believed to be a black man, about 25 years old, 6'1" and about 165 pounds. Investigators say he had black hair, black eyes, a mustache, and was wearing a white T-shirt, dark blue jeans and black sneakers.

The second suspect is believed to be African-American or Hispanic, about 25-35 years old, about 180 pounds. He had dark, straight, medium-length hair, a light complexion and was wearing a silver costume mask, white T-shirt with colors on the front and blue jeans.

The mother and child were not injured.
