HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police say someone smashed their way into a northwest Houston ice cream shop.
It happened around 3am Tuesday at the Marble Slab Creamery on the Northwest Freeway at Mangum.
When police arrived, they found that someone had smashed through the front door, leaving broken plexiglass behind. It was unclear if the burglar took anything from the store.
Houston police say they were unable to reach the business owner. Officers left their HPD business card sitting on the broken plexiglass asking the manager or owner to call them when they arrived.
