Runaway bull blocks traffic on roads, highways in Pennsylvania

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- A runaway bull tied up traffic on the streets and highways of Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon.

A law enforcement source tells Action News that the animal escaped from a vehicle parked in front of a slaughterhouse along Delaware Avenue, and made a break for it.

At one point the animal was weaving through vehicles in the southbound lanes of I-95 near Route 676.

The bull then off-ramped and was cornered by authorities off 8th Street.
