Reserve Harris Co. deputy facing child porn charges

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A reserve Harris County deputy constable is in custody on child pornography charges.

Houston police say they arrested Sergio Moya during a Friday morning raid on his home. Precinct 2 says Moya was a dispatcher and a reserve deputy for about a month but has been relieved of duty.

Police also say he's the son of Galena Park Mayor Esmeralda Moya.
