A $5K reward is offered after a man held up a drug store with a gun in Harris County

HOUSTON -- Police are asking for the public's help and offering a $5,000 reward to find a suspect who held a woman at gunpoint during a drugstore robbery in Harris County earlier this month.

The robbery happened on October 5 in the 8200 block of North State Highway 6, according to authorities. Deputies said the female clerk told them the suspect walked in the store, pointed a handgun at her, and demanded all the cash out of the register. The clerk said she complied and the suspect fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male who is approximately 18 to 25 years old and from 5'8" to 6' tall. He was wearing a black hoodie and black jeans at the time of the robbery, according to officials.
