HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Two robberies overnight in northwest Houston netted two carjacking suspects. One is an adult. The second is a juvenile.
The arrests happened when Houston police received a description of one vehicle taken at gunpoint in the 8500 block of Long Point, in the Spring Branch area.
The driver, according to police, refused to stop. A short chase followed. Two of the suspects are said to have fled on foot into a neighborhood, where they hid without success.
The pair was taken into custody without incident; however, two others remain at large. Police say those suspects got into another vehicle. It's not known if that one was stolen.
