Police: Argument in SE Houston leads to deadly shooting

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- One man is dead and another is being questioned after a late night shooting in southeast Houston.

It happened inside a home in the 1500 block of Lawson Street near Elliot at around 11pm. Police say two men who knew each other got into an argument. One man shot the other in the head and ran off.

The victim died at the scene.

At this time, the victim has not been identified. Police say they don't know whether or not the man in custody was involved in the shooting.
