Truck plows into N. Houston convenience store
The owner says this isn't the first time it's happened

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's been a frustrating morning for the owner of Sam's Grocery.

Mike Hussain was observing Ramadan and praying at a local mosque when he got a call from the alarm company. When he arrived at his Lee Road business, he found a truck stuck in the side wall. He believes would-be burglars were after the ATM machine.

They ran off before taking anything.

It's the fifth time his store has been targeted this year. While the store has 12 surveillance cameras, he doesn't believe it will help police because the system was in the room that was damaged this morning.

He estimates it will cost at least $50,000 for repairs. Foundation cracks throughout the store are also a concern now.
