Overturned rig causes huge spill
HazMat crews were called out to NE Harris Co. after a big rig accident causes an oil spill

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Authorities are responding to an accident involving an overturned big rig that's resulted in a "huge" oil spill in northeast Harris County.

The tanker overturned on De Zavalla at Market in Channelview. Details of the wreck weren't immediately clear, but a spokesperson from the Harris County Sheriff's Office described the spill as "huge."

From SkyEye HD, workers can be seen blocking off the roadway. It appears that several buildings are nearby.

It's not yet known where any injuries have been reported.
