One dead after violent night at SW Houston bar

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A fight outside a bar ended with one person shot to death.

A second person was left in the hospital after the violence broke out.

Detectives said the men were arguing in a parking lot on Club Creek near Beechnut in southwest Houston late last night.

Shots were fired. One man was found dead next to a truck. A second man was rushed to a hospital.

The suspects ran from the scene.
