Motorcyclist dies after hitting car in southeast Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A motorcycle crashed into a car last night in southeast Houston. The motorcycle rider died on the scene at Fuqua and Clearwood Crossing.

Police say the motorcycle rider was on Fuqua when a Chevy hatchback turned in front of him. The motorcyclist was unable to avoid the hatchback. He crashed into the side of the vehicle and died. He was wearing a helmet. Police have not said if the woman driving the hatchback will face charges.
