Montgomery County deputy arrested for DWI after traffic stop

CONROE, Texas (KTRK) -- A Montgomery County Sheriff's deputy is facing legal issues after he was arrested for DWI earlier this month.

Bryan Flynn, a 10-year veteran with the department, was stopped in his personal vehicle for a traffic violation by a DPS trooper on May 6 around 11:30 p.m.

Flynn is on paid administrative suspension pending the outcome of an internal affairs and criminal investigation.
