Santa imposter robs Memphis bank

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (KTRK) -- We may have a little insight on how Santa pays for all those toys.

Santa, or a man in a Santa mask, rather, walked into a Memphis bank Wednesday, wished everyone a Merry Christmas, gave everyone candy canes, then robbed the joint.

It happened Wednesday at the Memphis City Employee Credit Union, police said.

No one has been arrested.

Police say the man in the mask is not, in fact, Santa.
